About Us

Nompumelelo completed her Bcomm Honours (CTA) at University of Natal part-time whilst pursuing her articles with Deloitte. She also holds an Advanced Programme in Taxation (Unisa) which is an equivalent of Hdip Tax, and a professional certificate on Tax Opinions and Dispute Writing with the Tax faculty.
She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as an Associate General Accountant and a Tax Practitioner with the South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT).

Nompumelelo has the following experience: 10 years in management accounting and financial reporting in the Financial Services Sector, 8 years in long-term insurance tax, 3 years in multi-national FMCG, tax experience which entailed tax calculation, response to SARS queries and audits, preparation and submission of VAT Returns, Income Tax Returns and IT14SD.

Working for a multi-national gave her exposure to IFRS and SOX.
Her experience will ensure that NSK Tax & Accounting clients receive a well-rounded service from accounting records to Annual Financial Statements, submission of tax returns and tax disputes.

Sindiso completed his LLB degree at Unisa, after which he began serving his articles of clerkship at the beginning of 2018 with SSLR Incorporated, a law firm specialising in property law. At the end of August 2019, he then ceded his articles to join Buba Attorneys. Under the mentorship of Dr. Zolani Buba, he has had extensive exposure in matters of Business Rescue, Liquidations, Commercial Property Financing collections, Property Law and writing Tax opinions.

He is a candidate attorney, awaiting admission with the High court of South Africa, with an affinity for the law and numbers, Sindiso enrolled for a Masters degree in Income Tax Law with the University of South Africa in 2018 and he is finalising his dissertation on the legislative framework of the taxation of cryptocurrencies.
Sindiso heads the legal department of NSK Tax & Accounting as one of the founding directors of the firm. He has a wealth of knowledge that marries commerce and the law.

Khanyisa completed her National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at University of Johannesburg, she is currently pursuing a Bcompt degree in Financial Accounting at Unisa.

She has 14 years experience in management accounting and financial reporting in FMCG and 2 years of heading a finance department for a digital marketing and monetization company which exposed to various accounting systems, IFRS and GAAP.
She will ensure that NSK Tax & Accounting clients receive accurate and complete records for both accounting and tax purposes..
